Do you ship orders?

Yes. We ship orders via JRS Express only.

Can I transfer my deposit to another product?

No. Deposits are non-transferable.

A deposit refund will only be processed if the product is officially confirmed as unfulfilled or cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier.

What is your after-sales support policy?

No. Deposits are non-transferable.

As a general policy, in-stock older items do not include a warranty.

Purchasing these items involves an inherent risk, which the client acknowledges prior to purchase. Products are sealed, and we cannot guarantee that items are free from defects.

What if my pre-order item has an issue upon receipt?

All concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If the issue involves a missing or defective part, we may request replacement or spare parts from the supplier, subject to availability and approval.

What are your Terms and Conditions for?

A. Pre-order items:

  • Client is given 2 calendar days to settle deposit, else the order will be cancelled.
  • Once deposit is done, please email the deposit slip or screenshot to orders@ninoy.toys
  • Our team will send a response mail confirming the receipt of the deposit.
  • If the order is submitted on the last day of pre-order. Client is given that day to settle the required deposit, else the order will be cancelled.

B. In stock items:

  • Our team will contact client on all comms available email, text or FB page for the payment and how to get the item.
  • Client is given 7 calendar days to settle the balance, else the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Once deposit is done, please email the deposit slip or screenshot to orders@ninoy.toys
  • Our team will send a response mail confirming the receipt of the deposit.

Once fully paid. You can get the item via:

  1. Pickup at our place in Paranaque / Las Pinas.
  2. Lalamove delivery for Manila. Client shoulder’s the cost.
  3. JRS / AP Cargo shipping for Regional. Client shoulder’s the cost.

What are my Payment Options?

Why is the price of the in stock item, higher than the pre-order price?

We follow the market price of the product. Since these are collectible items, in general the price goes up.

    What is ETA?

    ETA is estimated Time of Arrival. This is just an estimate. So there is a possibility of delay due to: manufacturer, port congestion, etc. This is beyond our control.

      Supplier Allocation?

      Some items may be subject to supplier allocation.
      We will do our best to fulfill all orders. Please do note that allocation is beyond our control.
